ColourPop Ultra Matte Lips [Swatches and Review]

It's time again: a beauty post! I am always so glad that you ask me to do more lipstick swatches and reviews, so I tried out these five matte liquid lipstick by colourpop for you. I always saw this brand on YouTube and Instagram, so I just had to try it out, too!

Tulle

Tulle is my favourite colour so far. It's the lightest colour I ordered and I fell in love with it. I use it every day and it goes well with all outfits and daily situations.

Limbo

A really nice matte brown colour. It's really similar to Kylie Jenner's matte liquid lipstick 'True Bown'.  

Avenue

This is the nicest red listick I own. I have almost a million red lipsticks, but this one is the prettiest so far. On the pictures it kind of seems to be very dry, but after swatching so many liquids my lips started to become dry and that's why the lipstick didn't go on so well. 

My favourite colour has always been purple, so I just had to buy this one. But I have to admit that is really dried out my lips whenever I used it. After some minutes it starts to crumble and feels very sticky. I unfortunately can't recommend you zipper. 

LAX

And lastly the darkest colour. I love strong shades and whenever I am in the mood, I leave out all the make up and only put on this lipstick. It's not a colour for every day, but you surely can use it on an event or special occasion.

In conclusion

In summary, I can say that ColourPop is a great brand. For only $6 you get really nice liquid lipsticks with good quality. The shades are beautiful and special and compared to other brands they really stand out. If you don't eat and drink a lot, it stays on for a really long time.
